There are automobiles that embody an entire era. The Mercedes-Benz SL of the R107 series undoubtedly belongs to this category. Its history is documented by the original Mercedes-Benz data card. Furthermore, the car presents itself as a genuine matching-number example in all relevant details. Particularly noteworthy is the delivery color Rauchsilber Metallic (702U), combined with a Brasil Brown leather interior (bicolor, perforated). This color combination ranks among the rarest and most elegant ever ordered for the R107 – a harmonious blend of nobility and understatement.
