The series M3 Cabriolet was available in different engine versions, only 476 of the last series with 215 HP were built and most of them are in the hands of BMW collectors.
The M3 Cabriolet offered here comes from the last series and delivered to the first owner in Passau on August 12, 1992. The car was driven a lifetime in Germany.
A stamped service book shows the low mileage of almost 100,000 km. The papers testify that it was always canceled in autumn of each year and registered again in the following spring.
In 2011 the car was deregistered and transferred to a renowned collection and from then on moved only sporadically.
This convertible, handcrafted by BMW in Garching, was delivered in the color 181 diamond black with 319 Extended Silver Nappa leather and an electric hood. Furthermore, it was equipped with Kerscher dampers and a Cecotto front spoiler . Extras that give this cabriolet an impressive appearance. A sonorous stereo system with CD change is on board as well as a wind deflector.
A complete service folder with all manuals and service booklet is of course also included and the stamped service booklet confirms the low mileage.
This Cabriolet belongs to the category very well maintained. All gaps are correct, nothing damaged. In many areas, the car is still in the original paint. The bonnet and spoiler have already been lightly repainted. The interior is original and well maintained. The extended leather interior (door trim, center console) is also without criticism. The electric hood opens and closes perfectly. The rear window is in good condition.
Spare wheel and a complete set of tools are included.
This BMW is a collector's item and a contemporary witness to the fantastic history of BMW Motorsport.
