Over the past decades, the former Alfa Classic Center (ACC) in Dortmund has restored more than 100 classic Alfa Romeo vehicles with the highest level of precision and great passion. Today, the company operates under the name Scuderia Sportiva Servizio GmbH, yet the experienced team and its extensive expertise remain fully committed to meeting both current and future challenges.

Demand for so-called restomod vehicles is currently growing at an exceptional pace – a fascinating fusion of timeless classic design and the performance of modern technology. At the heart of our latest restomod project is the legendary Alfa Romeo 2000 Touring Spider. This elegant convertible, produced between 1958 and 1962 and designed by the renowned Carrozzeria Touring, embodies the perfect combination of Italian design and masterful engineering like few others. While its more powerful sibling, the 2600 Spider, impresses with its commanding presence, the 2000 Touring Spider represents lightness, elegance, and the unmistakable spirit of Italian “Dolce Vita.” The original four-cylinder engine is known for its lively character, yet lacks the distinctive punch of a six-cylinder.

This is precisely where our restomod concept comes into play: a fully rebuilt and optimized Alfa Romeo six-cylinder engine with 2.6 liters of displacement elevates the vehicle to an entirely new level of performance. The necessary body modifications have been carried out with the utmost care to ensure a perfect balance between elegance and power. Combined with a modern 5-speed gearbox, as well as upgraded brakes and suspension, this beautifully styled convertible becomes a classic suitable for everyday use – a unique liaison of style, comfort, and driving dynamics. The original factory hardtop is included in the offer.

Today, the 2000 Touring Spider is widely regarded as an icon of classic automotive design. The body is restored to concours standards and protected against corrosion using a modern KTL coating process. The future owner currently has the exclusive opportunity to individually configure exterior color, interior, and technical details – a bespoke gentleman racer that uniquely combines elegance and performance.

A custom-made photo book documents all restoration work in detail and highlights the exceptional quality of our craftsmanship.

Automobiles that are currently within our manufactory or have passed through it are rebuilt or comprehensively reworked both technically and aesthetically, following our holistic approach. All relevant components – from drivetrain and suspension to functionality, detail and overall character – as well as the body structure itself, are systematically assessed, professionally restored or, where necessary, newly built, and precisely aligned.

For automobiles originating from our manufactory, we provide a 12-month warranty, subject to all service and maintenance work being carried out by us or by one of our authorized partners.

Our automobiles are typically presented at our Classic Center in Kirchen/Sieg, where we showcase a curated selection of exceptional classic cars.

Technical development, restoration and refinement take place at our facility in Dortmund – the origin of Scuderia Sportiva. Here, within a dedicated manufactory environment, we carry out both concours-level restorations and individually developed Restomod Signature automobiles.

The Scuderia Sportiva Group brings together development, manufactory, service and sales within a holistic approach, with a particular focus on Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Ferrari, as well as classic BMW coupés.

Transport within Europe is carried out in enclosed trailers. Worldwide delivery is arranged through experienced partners in international vehicle logistics.
